Justin's mission has never been to be the best tattoo artist in the world — it's to give every single client the best experience and the best tattoo possible. That distinction is everything.

His specialty is black and grey, but Justin doesn't back down from any challenge. Realism, portraits, American traditional, fine line, neo-traditional, Japanese, cover-ups, watercolor — bring your idea and he'll execute it at the highest level.

MIKE "MUMBLES" CRAFT

Mumbles brings nearly 30 years of tattoo industry experience. He started in Chicago making needles for industry legends after the Navy, trained in Denver, spent 5 years on the road full-time — conventions, rallies, guest spots across the country — and even opened his own shop in North Dakota.

Now settled in Arkansas with Apex, he brings that lifetime of experience to every client in Rogers. Also offers professional piercing services — no appointment needed.
