Justin "Aquaman" Solis is the owner and artist at The Apex Tattoo Studio, with two locations in Conway and Rogers, Arkansas. A U.S. Army veteran who served four years — including a tour in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom — Justin brings that same military discipline to every piece he creates.
