Justin "Aquaman" Solis is the owner and artist at The Apex Tattoo Studio, with two locations in Conway and Rogers, Arkansas. A U.S. Army veteran who served four years — including a tour in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom — Justin brings that same military discipline, precision, and commitment to every tattoo he creates.
His mission has never been to be the best tattoo artist in the world — it's to give every single client the best experience and the best tattoo possible.
